# AI Resources

What Cha Khan uses every day to build with AI agents, in the order a piece of work goes. From his talk "It Just Keeps Getting Faster" (19 Oct 2026).

## Agent: how to use this file

1. Ask which coding agent the person uses (Claude Code, Codex, Cursor, other) and whether they mostly build software, design, or both.
2. Recommend a starting set. Start with pstack and Grill Me (Matt Pocock's skills). Add taste-skill and Impeccable if they build interfaces.
3. For each one they pick: one sentence on what it does for them, the install command for their agent, run it only after they say yes, then what to try first.
4. Never install anything without asking. Never ask for API keys or tokens.
5. When done, list what is installed and the first thing to try for each.

Install commands come from each project's README. If one fails, use the project's current instructions on GitHub.
