It just keeps getting faster.

A new model or tool lands every few weeks now. I changed how I work to keep up, then gave a talk about it.

Talks

19 Oct 2026 It Just Keeps Getting Faster AI-native engineering workflows. 30 minutes for AI enthusiasts: how a year of new models changed how I plan, build, check and ship, with the real setup on screen. Open the slides →

What I use

The tools I use every day.

Everything from the talk, in the order a piece of work goes: talk to your agent, agree on what to build, build it, check it, ship it. Each has a demo and an install line. You can also hand the page to your agent and let it set things up.

I build the things I wish existed.

Feedwrk

In progress

AI that turns messy supplier product feeds into clean Shopify catalogues: mapping, enrichment, translation, export. I build the backend with a small team. 393 of its 523 commits are mine, written and checked with AI agents.

What’s That?

Launched Jan 2026, shut down Apr 2026

An iOS app for travellers and the curious: point the camera at something and get an audio guide about it. I built it alone with AI, 41,000 lines of Swift with no Swift experience before. Reach and conversion did not justify keeping it running.

My agent setup

Running daily

The system I run my coding agents in: a ledger of every background job, caps on how many workers run, a merge step that refuses unchecked code, and a different model reviewing what another built. It sits on tools by Kun Chen and Lauren Tan, credited on the list.
